Fitek Is Evolving: New Visual Identity and Sales Invoicing Capability

Innovation at Fitek is not a milestone. It is a mindset.

From the beginning, our focus has been clear: automate financial workflows, eliminate manual work and empower finance professionals with reliable, structured data. As the financial world evolves, so do we.

Today, we are introducing two important developments in our journey:

  • A refreshed visual identity
  • Sales invoicing as part of the Fitek core platform

Together, these changes mark a new phase in Fitek’s evolution.

From Incoming to Complete

When we first introduced FitekIN, the name reflected a clear focus. It was a platform built for managing incoming purchase invoices and expense documents. The “IN” represented inbound.

Over the years, FitekIN became a trusted automation tool for finance teams. It reduced manual work, improved accuracy and streamlined approvals.

Now we are extending that capability to the outbound side of the financial process.

Fitek customers can now send sales invoices directly from the platform.

This means your invoice flow can be managed within one environment, from receiving and approving purchase invoices to sending sales invoices to your customers.

With the addition of sales invoicing, the platform now supports both sides of the invoice lifecycle. The “IN” is no longer enough to describe what the system does.

The platform is now simply Fitek.

A Refreshed Visual Identity

This evolution is also reflected in our updated logo and corporate identity.

The new visual identity represents clarity, structure and forward movement. It reflects a more mature and comprehensive platform while preserving the reliability and automation that customers know us for.

While our appearance has evolved, our mission remains the same: simplifying financial operations through smart automation.

Introducing Sales Invoicing

Fitek customers can now send sales invoices directly from the platform.

Finance teams can manage receiving, processing, approving and sending invoices within one unified environment.

Depending on the market, invoices can be delivered through available electronic channels. In addition, invoices exchanged between two Fitek customers move as structured electronic data inside the platform.

Why E-Invoicing Matters

Electronic invoicing is not simply about sending a PDF digitally.

True e-invoicing means exchanging structured data that systems can process automatically. It enables:

  • Faster processing cycles
  • Fewer errors
  • Greater transparency
  • Higher automation potential
  • Better compliance readiness
  • The possibility to achieve fully paperless accounting

An often overlooked aspect is that when one Fitek customer sends an invoice to another Fitek customer, it is also electronic invoicing, even without an external e-invoicing network.

In this case, the invoice is transmitted as structured electronic data from the start. It is not converted into PDF and does not require data extraction on the receiving side.

If you receive large volumes of invoices from certain suppliers, encouraging them to use Fitek for sending sales invoices can significantly streamline your own inbound process.

Sales invoicing is being introduced market by market. Available channels may vary depending on local infrastructure and adoption level.
