Fitek has acquired the Unifiedpost business operations in the Baltic countries, further strengthening its position as a leading provider of e-invoicing and financial process automation solutions in the region.

The transaction brings together two experienced teams working in the field of financial digitalisation and enables further development of services for businesses across Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

The existing Unifiedpost teams in the Baltics will continue to serve their customers, ensuring continuity of services and support. Current services, contracts and customer relationships remain unchanged.

Over time, the Baltic operations will be gradually integrated under the Fitek brand, allowing customers to benefit from a broader portfolio of solutions supporting e-invoicing and financial process automation.
